PLAY: Feel free to use the parachute if the kids need to move around I do sometimes mostly with toddlers.
Also have laminated frogs to hand up around the room and have the kids hunt for them ( if you want to count and sing about them then just use 10)

CRAFT:
Use the colored circles to make a frog (red is mouth) large green is (face) and (white and black are eyes) and medium size green is what the eyes go one. Just use glue to attach everything together and they can glue it onto a half sheet of blue paper.frog circle craft picture
