Feel free to use the parachute if the kids need to move around – I usually do for about ten minutes or so. if no parachute use a large flat sheet or tablecloth
- Have kids Raise it up above their heads 2-3 times
- Down all the way to the floor 2-3 times
- Let big people hold it and little ones go under it 2-3 times
- Have kids lay down under the parachute facing it and go down toward them seeing if it will touch their bellies 2-3 times
- Have kids practice shaking fast and slow
- Have kids help put balls on the parachute and shake them up like popcorn
